South Cave Falconry

South Cave Falconry is located at the Rudstone Walk Hotel, just outside of South Cave, and is a purpose built centre on a 2-acre site with spectacular views over the Yorkshire Wolds.  It’s a great place for families to visit with something of interest for all ages.

Visitors can come along and have a guided tour of the aviaries, see our collection of owls and other birds of prey, see one of our training sessions or flying displays and enjoy a drink or snack in our Aviary Café and gift shop where you can sit and look out over the aviaries.  Younger children will enjoy our small animal petting farm with alpacas, pygmy goats, sheep, rabbits, ducks and other animals.

We are open Thursday-Sunday from 10.00am to 4.00pm.

Guided aviary tours are available all day with a flying display at 1.00pm (this may vary depending on the weather).  You can now also see the vultures feeding at 2.00pm.

Aviary Café and gift shop open all day selling hot and cold drinks, ice creams, bacon sandwiches and cakes with lovely handmade gifts available.  The café is open to all so you don’t need to pay centre admission if you would rather just call in for some refreshment.
